The workflow is triggered when a new note with the "Saved Search" keyword is added to a contact in HighLevel. The app will check if the contact is a lead in IDX Broker and if they have saved searches. If the contact has saved searches, the app will send them an email with the latest property updates of their last saved search.

You can customize in a more personalized way the emails that are sent to your leads inside GHL, making the communication more effective and increasing the chances of conversion.

There are some limitations in the customization of the emails, as the app is designed to be simple and easy to use. We provide the email content of the property updates and you can customize the email header and footer with your branding.

The lead will only receive the latest property updates of their last saved search. Why is this? As this app works using API calls, we need to be careful with the number of calls we make to the IDX Broker API. If we send all the properties of all the saved searches of the lead, we would need to make a lot of calls to the API, and this could lead to a rate limit being reached causing this and other apps to stop working.

Go to the Message Center. There you will find all the emails sent by IDX Broker to your leads and see the status of each email.
