You need to have an active IDX Broker account to utilize our IDXAddons. Once you have that, you can choose two methods to get Premium access to IDXAddons.com.

1. You can sign up for IDXAddons by subscribing for $399 a year.
2. Or add RealtyCandy as your developer partner on IDX Broker, it's completely free!

To log in to IDXAddons.com, you will be prompted to enter your IDX Broker API key, which can be found in the Home > Access Control section of your IDX Broker dashboard.

Once you enter your API key, click the "Submit" button, and you will be logged in to your IDXAddons account where you can access all the tools and features available.

IDXAddons offers two plans for its users - Premium for Free Plan, and Premium for $399/year Plan.

Premium for $399/year: The Premium plan costs $399 per year and includes. It is the most similar to the Premium for Free Plan, but you don't have access to the IDX Premium Templates and widgets related to them, such as the IDX Maps to Google Maps widget.

Premium for Free: This plan is free of charge and includes access to all IDXAddons free apps, all RealtyCandy's IDX Premium Templates. This plan is ideal for real estate professionals who require advanced features to manage their leads and listings effectively.

By signing up for IDXAddons, you will get access to a wide range of powerful tools and features to enhance your IDX Broker account.

You will be able to take advantage of our Premium IDX Templates, like the Maxima Map Search, and other powerful tools that will help you stand out from the competition.

Additionally, we offer excellent customer support to help you get the most out of your IDXAddons account. With IDXAddons, you can expect a superior experience that will help you boost your real estate business and stay ahead of the curve.

To add an IDXAddons widgets to a Wix website, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your Wix account and navigate to the page where you want to add the widget.
2. Click on the "Add" button on the left-hand side of the screen and select "More" from the menu.
3. In the search bar, type "HTML iframe" and select the "HTML iFrame/Embed" option.
4. Drag the "HTML iFrame/Embed" element to the desired location on the page.
5. Click on the "Enter Code" button in the element's settings, and paste the IDXAddons widget code inside a paragraph HTML tag. For example, <p>WIDGET_CODE_HERE</p>.
6. Adjust the widget size and other settings as needed, and then save and publish your website.

Note that you will need to have an active IDXAddons account and have generated the widget code from your account dashboard.

A Webhook is a piece of code you'll need to set up to get the Text Alerts feature and the daily email report to function properly. It's like a messenger between your website and IDXAddons that sends information back and forth.

To set it up, log in to your IDX Broker account and turn off the WYSIWYG button. Then, copy the code from the Webhook page at IDXAddons.com and paste it into the IDX Broker Sub-header page.

Once you've saved the page, you can check that the Webhook is working properly on the IDXAddons Webhook page using the "Validate" button.

Additionally, you will have access to a variety of tools at idxaddons.com, our Premium IDX Templates, and our free WordPress theme, Simply IDX. You will also be able to set up a custom subdomain to make it easier for clients to access your site.

The process of connecting your website to IDX Broker typically takes 2-3 business days, with some cases taking only 1 day if you have a cooperative MLS or board of Realtors. After signing up and sending the required forms, IDX Broker will obtain authorization from your MLS within 1-3 days, and then remove the access code so your pages are public in about 1 day.

1. The first step is to sign up for the IDX service at https://signup.idxbroker.com/d/realtycandy, where the $150 account creation fee is waived.
2. IDX Broker will send you an email to set up your password, and you will need to send us your IDX Broker password.
3. Then, you will receive the paperwork from IDX Broker that needs to be signed by you or your broker.
4. Once you complete and return the signed documents to IDX Broker, they will forward them to your MLS for approval.
5. To hire us to set up your IDX feed to your site, click on the sign-up button on this page.
6. Send an invite to give administrator access to your site to our email address, info@realtycandy.com
7. After receiving your IDX account activation, payment, and login credentials, we need one business day to set up IDX Broker to your website.

This process typically takes 2-3 business days, but some MLS can take longer. If you need assistance, we recommend reaching out to your MLS as soon as they should have received the documents.
