GHL – Add Note to Contact for Saved Searches

In this update, when an agent creates a saved search for a lead using the HighLevel Dashboard or the IDX Button, a note containing the search details will automatically be added to the contact record (if the Notes Creation feature is enabled).

This helps keep a clear history of saved searches created for each lead and can be useful for building automations, tracking agent activity, or triggering workflows based on note content.

SEO Links App Update – API Usage & Rate Limits

We’ve added API usage monitoring to the SEO Links app to help ensure reliable performance across all client accounts.

Current hourly limits are:

  • Core accounts: up to 180 API requests per hour
  • Engage accounts: up to 300 API requests per hour

If your site exceeds the limit for your plan, SEO Links data retrieval will be temporarily skipped for that request. The page will continue to function normally, providing a graceful fallback without displaying errors to visitors.

This update helps maintain stability and performance for all users while supporting growing traffic demands. High-traffic websites may benefit from upgrading to an Engage account for increased capacity.

TinyURL Added to Webhooks & Manually Created Saved Searches

For clients using their own TinyURL account, we’ve added support for TinyURL shortened links in:

  • HighLevel webhooks that create saved searches for leads
  • IDXAddons tools where agents manually create saved searches, including the HighLevel Dashboard and the IDX Button

This means that saved searches intentionally created for leads will now use shortened TinyURL links, helping create a more professional and consistent experience when sharing property searches.

Important:

  • This feature is not retroactive and only applies to newly created saved searches
  • Saved searches created directly by leads on your IDX website are not currently using this feature

New features

IDXStyles – Map Border Radius

We’ve added a new Map Radius option in IDXStyles, allowing you to customize the border radius of maps across all IDX pages.

By default, the radius is set to 0, meaning maps will display with square corners. If you’d like rounded borders, you can now specify your preferred radius value directly in the IDXStyles settings.

This update makes it easier to better match the look and feel of your website design.

Note: This feature is included by default in all IDX templates developed by RealtyCandy.

TinyURL – Store Branded Domain for GHL Text Alerts

In this update, if you’re using a TinyURL account to shorten links for the HighLevel Text Alerts integration and have configured a branded domain inside your TinyURL settings, you can now save that branded domain in IDXAddons so it will be used instead of the default TinyURL domain.

This helps create a more professional and consistent experience for your leads, improves brand visibility, and can increase trust when sending property update links via SMS.

Improvements

FUB Widget Improvements

We’ve added several improvements to the Follow Up Boss widget focused on performance and usability, creating a smoother experience when opening the widget inside lead profiles.

What’s new:

  • Improved loading speed and responsiveness
  • The MLS selector dropdown will now only appear for clients with multiple MLSs, helping save space
  • Additional filters such as Price Reduced, Max Days Listed, Sort By, and Results Per Page are now grouped inside a new “More +” toggle section for a cleaner interface

These updates help simplify navigation, reduce clutter, and make it faster to create saved searches and manage leads inside FUB.

Missing Property Alert – Show Featured Listings

In this update to the Missing Property Alert app, we’ve added a new feature that allows you to display a grid of featured listings when a property is unavailable or when a search returns zero results.

This helps avoid dead ends by continuing to show relevant properties to visitors, keeping them engaged on your website and increasing the chances of generating additional inquiries.

Beta Property Updates Using Saved Links (High-Volume Clients)

For clients sending white-label property updates through HighLevel, we’re testing a new feature designed for high-volume usage.

Instead of generating updates individually for each lead, you can now select an existing IDX Broker saved link to cache and use its results for bulk property update campaigns. Results are refreshed automatically on a schedule, allowing HighLevel workflows to send updates to many leads without hitting IDX Broker API rate limits.

This is especially useful for clients with large lead databases who want to send updates for specific areas or communities while reducing unnecessary API usage for inactive or unresponsive leads.

You can also customize your workflows to decide when and how this cached approach should be used based on your own automation conditions.

Lead Create Listing ID Saved Searches

We’re introducing a new feature that allows you to create saved searches for your leads using MLS Listing IDs only.

This is especially useful when you already know which listings you want to share with a lead and want a faster way to send targeted property recommendations.

This feature is available in both the IDX Button and the HighLevel Dashboard, making it easier to create personalized saved searches directly from your workflow.
