AI Search Pro goes far beyond standard search fields. It intelligently interprets requests involving subdivisions, garage specifications, school districts, pools, number of stories, and many other MLS-specific details that vary by market.

GHL Custom Objects: Seller Association & Featured Listings Sync Script

In this update to the Custom Objects app, we’re introducing two powerful new features:

1. Seller Association for Featured Listings You can now install a Seller association between contacts and featured listings. This makes it easy to map and identify which contact is the seller of each property within your featured listings inventory—helping you keep cleaner data and build better relationships between contacts and listings.

2. Click-to-Sync Featured Listings (Custom Script) We’ve added a custom JavaScript code snippet that allows you to manually sync featured listings with a single click. This gives you more control over when listings are synced and updated. Note: This feature is only available for Agency users who are able to add custom JavaScript code to their setup.

Update Lead’s Latest Saved Search (HighLevel Webhook)

We’ve introduced a new webhook URL endpoint for HighLevel workflows that allows you to update a lead’s most recent saved search in IDX Broker.

With this webhook, you can:

• Update search criteria such as price range, city, county, or ZIP code
• Modify the number of beds and baths
• Replace the entire search criteria by passing a results page URL, which automatically rebuilds the saved search based on that URL

This feature is especially useful for clients managing a large number of leads with broad or generic saved searches, allowing them to automatically refine and narrow search criteria through workflows—without manual intervention.

Important: This webhook requires using Drip Mode inside HighLevel.
