Update Lead’s Latest Saved Search (HighLevel Webhook)

We’ve introduced a new webhook URL endpoint for HighLevel workflows that allows you to update a lead’s most recent saved search in IDX Broker.

With this webhook, you can:

• Update search criteria such as price range, city, county, or ZIP code
• Modify the number of beds and baths
• Replace the entire search criteria by passing a results page URL, which automatically rebuilds the saved search based on that URL

This feature is especially useful for clients managing a large number of leads with broad or generic saved searches, allowing them to automatically refine and narrow search criteria through workflows—without manual intervention.

Important: This webhook requires using Drip Mode inside HighLevel.

Home Valuation Widget: Monthly Limit Reached Notifications (SMS & Email)

We’ve added a new feature to notify clients when they reach the monthly limit of Free Home Valuations. When the limit is reached, an SMS and an email notification will be sent automatically.

GHL Custom Objects for Featured Listings

We’ve released a new app that allows you to manage your Featured Listings inventory directly inside HighLevel using Custom Objects. This keeps all your listings organized in one place and enables powerful associations with contacts—such as linking listings to Buyers, Sellers, and other relationships.

To start using this app, you’ll need to reconnect your HighLevel integration, as additional permissions are required to create and manage Custom Objects.

This is just the beginning—we’ll be rolling out more features and enhancements in the coming weeks to expand how you can use Featured Listings inside HighLevel.

FUB Widget: Delete Saved Searches Inside the Widget

We’ve added a new “Delete Saved Search” feature directly inside the Follow Up Boss widget. When a user clicks Delete, a confirmation popup will appear to prevent accidental removal. Once confirmed, the saved search is deleted, automatically removed from the interface, and a success message (toast) is displayed.

This update makes saved search management simpler and more intuitive—without ever leaving the widget.
