Dynamic Widget – Advanced Fields and Search Bar

We’ve added two new features to the Dynamic Widget: Advanced Fields and the Dynamic Widget Search Bar, giving you more flexibility in how visitors search and refine listings.

Advanced Fields

You can now select up to 5 hand-picked advanced fields to display in the Dynamic Widget’s Refine Search section. This makes it easy to choose only the advanced search options that are most relevant to your visitors.

We’ve also included the fields that are available by default on IDX Advanced Search pages. These can be displayed automatically in Refine Search without selecting individual fields.

Dynamic Widget Search Bar

The new Search Bar allows visitors to start their search from your homepage or another page and then be taken directly to your Dynamic Widget results page with their search criteria already applied.

Setup:

1. Install the Dynamic Widget on your search results page using the Setup tab.
2. Optionally select Advanced Fields in the Setup tab. These fields will also be available in the Search Bar.
3. Add the Search Bar code to your homepage or any other page.
4. When visitors perform a search, they’ll be taken to the results page with the Dynamic Widget automatically filtered based on their search criteria.

Together, these updates make the Dynamic Widget more flexible while giving visitors a faster and more seamless way to search for properties.

GHL Dashboard – Automatically Open Lead Profile

In this update to the HighLevel Dashboard, when you search for a lead or create a new lead, the Lead Profile will now open automatically with the lead’s information.

This makes it easier to continue with actions such as creating saved searches or reviewing lead-specific information without needing to open the profile manually.

This update provides a smoother and more streamlined experience when working with leads.

HighLevel Custom Objects – Listing Agent for Office Accounts

For Office Accounts, we’ve added a new Listing Agent field to the Featured Listings Custom Object in HighLevel. This field stores the name of the agent assigned to each listing in IDX Broker.

This makes it easier to use the listing agent information in HighLevel workflows and automations, such as assigning records to the appropriate HighLevel user based on the listing agent.

For clients who already have the Featured Listings Custom Object schema installed, a new option will be available to add the Listing Agent field to their existing schema.

Create Saved Link – ZCTA

We’re introducing a new tool that makes it easy to create IDX Broker Saved Links based on ZIP code boundaries.

Search for one or more ZIP codes, preview the boundaries and active listings on an interactive map, configure your search filters, and create a Saved Link — all from one screen.

Key features:

• Select up to 10 ZIP codes for a single Saved Link.
• Preview ZCTA boundaries and active MLS listings on an interactive map.
• Combine multiple ZIP codes into a single geographic area.
• Add filters for property type, subtype, status, price, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
• See listing results update in real time as you adjust your filters.

This makes it easier to create precisely targeted Saved Links for specific areas without manually determining geographic boundaries.

Note: This tool uses official U.S. Census ZCTA (ZIP Code Tabulation Area) boundary data and is currently available only for clients with properties in the United States.

ZCTA Map Search Widget

We’re introducing a new ZCTA Map Search widget that lets visitors explore active listings by clicking directly on ZIP code areas displayed on an interactive map.

You can select which ZIP codes to display and optionally add custom labels such as “Downtown,” “Lakefront,” or “Beachside,” making it easier for visitors to explore areas without needing to know ZIP codes by number.

When a visitor clicks a highlighted area, they can instantly view the active MLS listings available within that ZIP code area.

This widget provides a more visual and interactive way to explore listings and can be especially useful for showcasing specific areas, neighborhoods, or markets on your website.

Note: This widget uses U.S. Census ZIP Code Tabulation Area (ZCTA) boundary data and is currently available only for clients with properties in the United States.

MCP – OAuth Connections & One Click Community Creation

We’ve expanded the IDXAddons MCP Server with new tools and connection management features.

You can now connect the MCP Server to services like ChatGPT and Claude using OAuth. A new Active Connections section lets you view connected services and revoke access at any time. Revoking a connection immediately invalidates its access, and the service will need to reconnect through OAuth to use the MCP Server again.

We’re also introducing a new MCP tool to create One Click Community pages (IDX Broker saved links) directly through an AI assistant. Simply provide:

• Location type: city, county, subdivision, or ZIP code
• Community name
• Theme

The generated community page can include:

• Listing Stats
• Community Info
• Community Map
• Market Report
• AI-generated Community Description

This update makes it easier to manage MCP connections and create enriched community pages using AI-powered workflows.

Lead Market Reports

We’re introducing a new feature for IDX Broker Engage accounts that allows you to view and assign Market Reports to your leads directly from the IDX Button and HighLevel Dashboard.

Market Reports can be generated for a city, county, or ZIP code and are sent to leads monthly by IDX Broker, helping you stay connected with leads by providing them with relevant, up-to-date market information.

Each report includes:

• Average listing price
• Average sale price
• New listings
• Sold properties
• Average days on market
• Price trends
• Similar listings
• Recently sold properties
• A link to view the full report

This provides an easy way to keep leads engaged with useful market information while giving agents another opportunity to stay top of mind.

IDX Button – Auto-Login Link Generator

We’re introducing a new feature in the IDX Button that allows you to generate links to IDX Broker pages with the lead’s Auto-Login code included.

This makes it easier to share a specific listing or search results page with a lead while automatically logging them in, helping ensure their activity is properly tracked.

Important: This feature only works with IDX pages that support Auto-Login. If the generated link doesn’t work, make sure the destination page is IDX-compatible.

Home Valuation Widget – Assign Leads to an Agent

For Office Accounts, you can now select an agent when generating the Home Valuation Widget code. Leads captured through that widget will automatically be assigned to the selected agent in IDX Broker.

You can add the widget to any page, making it especially useful for office accounts where individual agents have their own websites or landing pages.

For clients using HighLevel with a separate sub-account for each agent, leads will be sent directly to the selected agent’s sub-account.

For Follow Up Boss users, an {agentId} tag is added to the contact, allowing you to create Lead Flow rules to automatically route leads to the appropriate agent.

This update makes it easier to route valuation leads to the right agent and automate follow-up across your CRM.
