MCP – OAuth Connections & One Click Community Creation

We’ve expanded the IDXAddons MCP Server with new tools and connection management features.

You can now connect the MCP Server to services like ChatGPT and Claude using OAuth. A new Active Connections section lets you view connected services and revoke access at any time. Revoking a connection immediately invalidates its access, and the service will need to reconnect through OAuth to use the MCP Server again.

We’re also introducing a new MCP tool to create One Click Community pages (IDX Broker saved links) directly through an AI assistant. Simply provide:

• Location type: city, county, subdivision, or ZIP code
• Community name
• Theme

The generated community page can include:

• Listing Stats
• Community Info
• Community Map
• Market Report
• AI-generated Community Description

This update makes it easier to manage MCP connections and create enriched community pages using AI-powered workflows.

Lead Market Reports

We’re introducing a new feature for IDX Broker Engage accounts that allows you to view and assign Market Reports to your leads directly from the IDX Button and HighLevel Dashboard.

Market Reports can be generated for a city, county, or ZIP code and are sent to leads monthly by IDX Broker, helping you stay connected with leads by providing them with relevant, up-to-date market information.

Each report includes:

• Average listing price
• Average sale price
• New listings
• Sold properties
• Average days on market
• Price trends
• Similar listings
• Recently sold properties
• A link to view the full report

This provides an easy way to keep leads engaged with useful market information while giving agents another opportunity to stay top of mind.

Note: Market Report emails are sent directly by IDX Broker.

IDX Button – Auto-Login Link Generator

We’re introducing a new feature in the IDX Button that allows you to generate links to IDX Broker pages with the lead’s Auto-Login code included.

This makes it easier to share a specific listing or search results page with a lead while automatically logging them in, helping ensure their activity is properly tracked.

Important: This feature only works with IDX pages that support Auto-Login. If the generated link doesn’t work, make sure the destination page is IDX-compatible.

Home Valuation Widget – Assign Leads to an Agent

For Office Accounts, you can now select an agent when generating the Home Valuation Widget code. Leads captured through that widget will automatically be assigned to the selected agent in IDX Broker.

You can add the widget to any page, making it especially useful for office accounts where individual agents have their own websites or landing pages.

For clients using HighLevel with a separate sub-account for each agent, leads will be sent directly to the selected agent’s sub-account.

For Follow Up Boss users, an {agentId} tag is added to the contact, allowing you to create Lead Flow rules to automatically route leads to the appropriate agent.

This update makes it easier to route valuation leads to the right agent and automate follow-up across your CRM.

HighLevel Custom Objects – Remove Duplicate Listings for Multiple MLS Boards

If your IDX Broker account is connected to multiple MLS boards, the same property may appear as a featured listing in more than one board, resulting in duplicate listing records being synced to HighLevel.

To prevent this, we've added a new Remove Duplicate Listings option in Step 2 of the Custom Objects setup. When enabled, only the first listing for each property address will be synced, while duplicate listings from other MLS boards are automatically skipped.

This helps keep your HighLevel Custom Objects clean, avoids duplicate records, and improves reporting and automation.

Note: This option is only displayed for accounts connected to multiple MLS boards. If your account uses a single MLS, no action is required.

Save Map Searches (Beta)

Dynamic Widget Updates – Grid & Map View, Saved Styles, and Saved Widgets

We've introduced several enhancements to the Dynamic Widget, making it easier to customize, manage, and display property listings on your website.

What's new:

• Grid & Map View: Visitors can now switch between a responsive Grid View and an interactive Map View with a single click. Listings are displayed using your selected colors and styles for a consistent look across your website.

• Interactive Map: Matching properties are plotted on the map using customizable marker colors. Clicking a marker opens a quick property preview without leaving the page.

• Save Widget Styles: Your color scheme and design settings can now be saved, making it easier to maintain a consistent appearance across multiple widgets.

• Save Widget Configurations: Save each widget with a custom name so you can easily edit it later, reuse it on other pages, or retrieve its embed code whenever needed.

These updates make it faster to build, manage, and reuse Dynamic Widgets while giving visitors a more flexible way to explore listings.

Autologin Code Added by Default to HighLevel Text Alerts

In this update, links to Searches with New Listings sent through HighLevel Text Alerts will now automatically include the required autologin code, allowing leads to access IDX pages without manually entering their login credentials.

This creates a smoother, friction-free experience for leads, making it easier for them to view new listings directly from your text messages and increasing the likelihood of engagement.

Auto-Create Single Property Websites (Beta)

For SPW Pro users, you can now automatically generate Single Property Websites (SPWs) for your featured listings.

Simply enable this option, and we'll create new SPWs for your featured listings each night, eliminating the need to create them manually.

Important: Before enabling this feature, make sure you've configured your Global Defaults, as these settings are used when generating new websites.

This automation helps save time and ensures your featured listings are consistently published with their own dedicated property websites.

Note: This feature is currently in beta and is available exclusively to SPW Pro subscribers ($9/month). Website generation capacity is shared across all clients and processed using a round-robin queue, so newly featured listings may not be created immediately during periods of high demand.
