IDXAddons Dashboard Stats

We’re introducing a new Stats & Insights section in the main IDXAddons dashboard, giving you quick access to important metrics and activity from your IDX website.

You can now view:

  • Lead Stats: total, new, and active leads
  • Market Activity: new listings and price reductions from the last 24 hours
  • Popular Listings: most viewed listings on your IDX website (available with RealtyCandy templates)
  • Featured Listings: preview 5 of your featured listings
  • Saved Links: total number of saved links plus the 3 most and least viewed
  • Growth Strategies: insights and recommendations to help improve engagement

This update provides a more centralized overview of your IDX performance, helping you better understand lead activity and website engagement. More features and insights will be added in future updates.

Beta Property Updates Using Saved Links (High-Volume Clients)

For clients sending white-label property updates through HighLevel, we’re testing a new feature designed for high-volume usage.

Instead of generating updates individually for each lead, you can now select an existing IDX Broker saved link to cache and use its results for bulk property update campaigns. Results are refreshed automatically on a schedule, allowing HighLevel workflows to send updates to many leads without hitting IDX Broker API rate limits.

This is especially useful for clients with large lead databases who want to send updates for specific areas or communities while reducing unnecessary API usage for inactive or unresponsive leads.

You can also customize your workflows to decide when and how this cached approach should be used based on your own automation conditions.

Lead Create Listing ID Saved Searches

We’re introducing a new feature that allows you to create saved searches for your leads using MLS Listing IDs only.

This is especially useful when you already know which listings you want to share with a lead and want a faster way to send targeted property recommendations.

This feature is available in both the IDX Button and the HighLevel Dashboard, making it easier to create personalized saved searches directly from your workflow.

AI Search Tool – Custom City List

In this update to our AI Search Tool, you can now select a custom city list previously created in your IDX Broker settings. The AI Search will only return results from the specified cities.

If a searched city is not included in the custom city list, the tool will display featured listings as a fallback, along with a link to view additional results.

This update makes it easier to keep searches focused on your target markets, improve result relevance, and create a more controlled search experience for your leads.

We have updated the position of the IDX Button in the Contact Details page to the right sidebar.

This change ensures the IDX Button is always visible, regardless of whether a previous conversation has been started with the contact.

Autologin Code Added by Default to Last Saved Search Link Custom Field

In this update, the Last Saved Search Link IDXAddons custom field will now automatically include the autologin code required for leads to access IDX pages without manually entering their login credentials.

This update applies to saved searches created through:

  • The IDX Button
  • The HighLevel Dashboard
  • Webhook endpoints used in workflows to create saved searches

By automatically generating autologin links, this update creates a smoother experience for leads and makes it easier to send direct property search links through emails, SMS campaigns, and automations.

Note: This update is not retroactive and only applies to newly created saved searches.

Lead Basic & Advanced Searches – Default Active Status & Primary MLS Selection

In this update to the Lead Basic Search and Lead Advanced Search pages, the “Active” status is now selected by default when creating new saved searches for your leads.

This streamlines the search creation process by automatically applying the most commonly used listing status, reducing the need to manually adjust filters each time.

Additionally, clients using multiple MLSs can now select a primary MLS to use by default in Advanced Searches. This helps save time and creates a more efficient workflow by avoiding repetitive setup steps.
