Open Lead in CRM Button

For users of the HighLevel dashboard, you’ll now see a quick link inside the lead profile that lets you open the lead directly in your CRM. Additionally, clicking the email address will now open the contact inside HighLevel.

Our Follow Up Boss (FUB) embedded app is now available to install directly — no need to create a custom app.

This new version features a modern, compact design that makes it easier to navigate while keeping all key lead information in one place, including:

You can also create saved searches using advanced fields or by drawing a polygon on the map.

Custom Menu Link for Agencies (5+ Active Clients)

For HighLevel agencies with 5 or more active IDX clients, we’re introducing a new custom menu link as part of our rewards program in the Agency Dashboard.

This link can be embedded into your clients’ GHL sub-accounts, allowing them to launch the One-Click Website wizard directly from their dashboard. Clients can choose from 4 template options, enter their details and communities, and we’ll handle the rest.

Delay for IDX Popup Settings

We’ve added a new setting that allows you to define the delay (in seconds) before the lead registration popup appears after a page loads.

Note: If this field is left empty, the popup will follow your IDX Broker Lead Registration Preferences.

You can also choose how the popup behaves when users close it without registering:

• Ask for Registration — Users can close the popup and remain on the current page.

• Force Registration — Closing the popup redirects users to the main IDX page.

This update gives you more control over timing and user experience, helping you better balance lead capture and usability.

GHL Delete Lead Endpoint – Lead ID Cleared

We’ve updated the HighLevel endpoint used to delete IDX Broker leads. When a lead is deleted, the Lead ID custom field will now be cleared automatically.

This ensures that other workflows relying on this custom field do not mistakenly treat the deleted lead as an existing IDX Broker contact, helping prevent automation errors and keeping your data more accurate.
