Property Rich Data – APN & Legal Description ($29/month)

We're introducing the Property Rich Data app, a paid addon that automatically retrieves Property APN and Legal Description data for your HighLevel contacts.

The app creates two custom fields in your HighLevel account:

• Property APN
• Property Legal Description

Both fields are grouped under the IDX Property Rich Data folder for easy organization.

How it works:

1. Create or edit a workflow in HighLevel.
2. Choose your preferred trigger (such as Contact Tag Added or Form Submitted).
3. Add the webhook URL provided by IDXAddons and configure the required custom data.
4. Publish the workflow.

When the workflow runs, the webhook retrieves public property records for the contact's address and automatically populates the APN and Legal Description custom fields.

This addon is ideal for automations, property research, and workflows that require public property data.

Pricing

$29/month includes 100 lookups (requests) per month. Each lookup corresponds to one request for Property APN and Legal Description data.

Lovable Wrapper Builder

We're introducing a new app that makes it easy to generate an IDX Broker wrapper for websites built with Lovable.

The app automatically creates and deploys a compatible wrapper based on one of your Lovable pages.

How it works:

1. Create a wrapper page in Lovable using the prompt we provide.
2. Paste the URL of your Lovable wrapper page into the app.
3. We'll process the page, generate the IDX Broker wrapper, and host it for you.
4. Apply the generated wrapper to your IDX Broker account with a single click.

This simplifies the process of integrating IDX Broker with Lovable websites, eliminating the need to manually build and host wrapper files.

Note: This integration is currently in beta. As we continue improving support for Lovable websites, you may encounter a few rough edges. If you experience any issues, please contact our support team so we can address them quickly.

YLOPO CSV to IDX Broker Lead Converter

We're introducing a new app that converts lead exports from other IDX providers into IDX Broker's lead import format. In this initial release, YLOPO is the first supported provider.

How it works:

1. Select the provider you exported leads from.
2. Upload the provider's CSV file.
3. Review the conversion summary, including a basic saved search generated for each lead.
4. Download the converted CSV.
5. Import it into IDX Broker via Lead Management → Import

This manual import process does not require API calls, and no account creation or notification emails are sent to leads or agents during the import.

This tool provides a simple and efficient way to migrate your lead database from YLOPO to IDX Broker while preserving saved search information for your contacts.

New Listing ID Tracking for Contact & Schedule Showing Forms

We’ve added a new custom field called “Last Contact Form Listing ID (IDXAddons)” to improve tracking when a lead submits a Request More Info or Schedule a Showing form.

This field captures the Listing ID associated with the form submission, making it easier to identify exactly which property the lead interacted with. The Listing ID is also added to the Notes section of the event for better visibility and tracking in your CRM.

This update helps improve reporting, follow-up accuracy, and automation based on specific property interactions.

If you already have a HighLevel connection, you can enable this feature by going to HighLevel Advanced Settings and activating the new custom field checkbox.

For SPW Pro users, we’re introducing a new Global Defaults feature that lets you define default settings when creating Single Property Websites, helping you streamline setup and avoid repetitive configuration.

You can now pre-configure:

• Design theme
• Logo
• Contact information (email and phone)
• HighLevel form
• Custom HTML (header and footer)
• Global color settings (background, buttons, text, and icons)

This update makes it significantly faster to create new SPWs by applying your preferred branding and configuration automatically, without having to re-enter the same settings each time.

New Popup Settings for IDX Lead Registration

We've expanded the customization options available for the IDX Lead Registration Popup in IDXStyles. If you need more flexibility than the default IDX Broker registration settings, you can now trigger the popup based on visitor behavior:

• Time Delay – Show the popup after a visitor has been on the page for a specified number of seconds.
• Photo Views – Show the popup after a visitor views a certain number of photos on a listing details page.
• Exit Intent – Show the popup when a visitor is about to leave the website (desktop only).

You can also control how often the popup appears:

• Once per session
• Once per day
• Every visit

These new options provide greater control over your lead capture strategy and can help improve conversion rates by displaying the registration popup at the right moment.

In addition, we're introducing support for the remreg URL parameter, which suppresses the registration popup for visitors arriving from specific campaigns. This is ideal for landing pages used with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email campaigns, or other marketing efforts where you want to delay registration requests until later in the user journey.

Important: To use these custom popup rules, IDX Broker's native registration settings should be disabled to prevent them from overriding the IDXStyles configuration.
