Setup a website for your client

Whether you're using WordPress, WIX, Squarespace, LeadConnector, Showit, Duda, or any other platform, IDX Broker seamlessly integrates with them all.

IDX Broker Signup

Go to https://signup.idxbroker.com/d/realtycandy and signup your client. You may need them on the phone or use your agency signup form (ask us for the URL) so that all of the questions are answered properly. Someone will need to put a credit card here for payment to IDX Broker.

IDXConnect

If you have 5 or more active IDX clients with us, the IDXConnect will be free. If you are paying for this client setup, please go to https://realtycandy.com/idx and signup for the one time IDXConnect. There are three options:

IDXConnect Standard - $79
IDXConnect Deluxe - $149
IDXConnect ATBAW - $299

Website Access

Setup support@realtycandy.com as an "Administrator" on your client's account and email us the password or the link.

IDX Setup

Give us 1-2 business days to get the IDX setup and optimized for your client. We will also setup some of the IDXAddons to your client's site. Normally we setup:

Omnisearch - Allows your clients to have a flexible and powerful search tool
Wrapper - With the wrapper the IDX pages looks like the website pages
Plunk Home Valuation Widget - for capturing seller leads right from the website
Agent Information widget - To show agent's headshot, email and phone number
SEO Links widget - To make some information clickable
Activate our templates - With our templates the IDX pages look much better
If you purchase the IDXConnect Deluxe setup, we also setup:
- 5 community pages
- Google Map widget on the home page

Setup Review

Once we are done with this setup, we will email you so that you can review the setup.

Review Completed

Review the site, and after the review is complete and questions are answered, please remove our access to the subaccount.
