Dynamic Saved Search Tutorial

Helps you retain real estate leads by automatically updating a smart saved search for your visitors based on the properties they look at.

Prerequisites

  1. Setup

    In the Dynamic Saved Search app, if the LeadConnector dashboard has not been set up, you won't be able to use the app.

    Once the LeadConnector dashboard is set up, you can use the Dynamic Saved Search app.

    Just enable the app and you are good to go.

    The first time you go to the Leads tab, you will see an empty list of leads. The app will start creating dynamic saved searches for your leads based on the properties they view (starting from the day the app is enabled).

  2. How it works?

    This app integrates with the LeadConnector Dashboard, providing insights based on the properties your visitors are viewing.

    It will create a new saved search for your IDX leads based on the properties they are viewing. The dynamic saved search will be updated automatically everyday based on the new properties they view (ZIP code, price range, beds, baths).

  3. Example

    The lead "Manuel Perry" has a dynamic saved search that was created on April 23, 2024. The lead has viewed different properties and the last time the saved search was updated was on May 1, 2024.

    To view how the dynamic saved search has changed over time, click on the "info" button.

    The history of the dynamic saved search will be displayed. You can see the changes made to the saved search over time.

    To see all the lead's saved searches, click on the lead's name or on the saved search ID.
