Mailbox Power Tutorial

What is it for?

Send IDX Broker leads to Mailbox Power and automate the process of sending a postcard to the lead.

Important

  • In this first version, you need to send the IDX leads to Mailbox Power manually.
  • We don't provide support for Mailbox Power. If you need help, please contact Mailbox Power support.

IDXAddons Setup

  1. Mailbox Power Dashboard

    Go to Mailbox Power > Integratons & API and click on "Access your Mailbox Power API key".

  2. Click on "Copy to clipboard" to copy the API key to your clipboard.

  3. In IDXAddons, go to the Mailbox Power App and paste the API key in the "Mailbox Power API Key" field and click "Save".

    The page will reload and you will see your Mailbox Power groups.

  4. And below the groups, you will see the your IDX Leads and your Mailbox Contacts.

    5. Send IDX leads to Mailbox Power

    In this first version, you need to send the IDX leads to Mailbox Power manually.

    1. To send a lead to Mailbox Power, select the leads you want to send and click on the "Send to Mailbox" button.

    2. A popup will appear to confirm the action. Click on "Yes, Import".

      Note: if no group is selected, the leads will be sent to the default group "All Contacts".

    3. The IDX leads will be sent to Mailbox Power and they will be available in the "Mailbox Contacts" section.

    4. You can verify the leads in Mailbox Power and send them a postcard.

    Send IDX Leads to a group in Mailbox Power

    1. To send IDX leads to a Mailbox Power group, first select the group you want to send the leads to. Then select the leads you want to send and click on the "Send to Mailbox" button.

    2. A popup will appear to confirm the action and the Mailbox Power group. Click on "Yes, Import".

    3. The IDX leads will be sent to the Mailbox Power group.
