Log into your IDX Broker account and access IDX Broker Sub-Headers.

Click on the WYSIWYG button to turn it off.

You may find that there is or isn't code there. Never remove any existing code since you might lose styles and customizations. Use the browser search (CTRL+F) to check if the Webhook code is already there. If not, paste it at the beginning or end of the section, never in the middle.

Copy the Webhook code from the IDXAddons app page.

Paste it in the Sub-headers box, leaving any existing code in place.

Click on Save Changes.

Go back to the Webhook IDXAddons page and click on Validate. This can take about 60 seconds for the server to check all pages.

"Success" means the Webhook is configured for that URL. "Not Found" means the page has a different sub-header that overrides the global one.

To fix a "Not Found" page, go to Pages (below Subheaders) in IDX Broker and find the individual page.

Pages with a custom sub-header will have a P next to their title. Click on it, turn the WYSIWYG off, and paste the Webhook code after any existing code (do not erase anything).

Click Validate again. All pages should now show "Success".

If Categories also show "Not Found", click on Categories and check if there is a C next to a category name. If so, paste the Webhook code there as well.

Type in the email address where you want to receive the reports and then type it again for confirmation. Switch "Enable Daily Email Reports" to "On" to start receiving the daily returning visitor report. You can toggle this option on/off at any time.

Every time a visitor signs up or a returning lead visits your site, they will be added to the daily report. This allows you to contact them personally and help them find the right property.

Toggle "Enable Weekly Opportunity Report" to "On" to receive a broader email summary of your business every week. The report includes the following sections:

• New Leads This Week: leads who registered on your IDX site in the last 7 days, with contact details, pages visited, saved properties, and saved searches.
• Leads Active This Week: existing leads who returned to your IDX pages this week, so you know who to follow up with while they are engaged.
• Most Viewed Listings: the properties your visitors viewed most this week. Requires the Popular Listings widget to be installed.
• New Listings This Week: new properties added to your market area in the past 7 days.
• Price Reductions This Week: listings in your area that received a price reduction this week.

If a "Not Found" error appears when you click Validate, it likely means the URLs in IDX Broker don't match the ones IDXAddons is checking. This usually happens when the default IDX page URL was changed.

Go to https://middleware.idxbroker.com/mgmt/pages to edit the URLs of your IDX pages.

The highlighted portion shows the link that needs to be changed. For example, if the Webhook is searching for a URL ending in "listing" but your page ends in "homes", click on the Details page and scroll down to "Page Options".

Change the URL slug to match what the Webhook expects and click Save Changes. Then validate again — the error should be resolved.
