GHL Property Updates V2 – First Email With Property Content

In this update to our new Property Updates V2 system for HighLevel, we’re introducing a workflow that sends an initial email as soon as a lead subscribes to a saved search for the first time. This welcome email helps set the tone for future updates and provides immediate value by including:

• Up to 4 properties from the current saved search (if available).

• Key search details such as city, price range, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

• A direct link to view all properties in the active saved search.

This ensures leads receive relevant listings right away, improving engagement and helping them quickly understand the type of homes available in their search criteria.

Lead Saved Searches: Copy URL and Auto-Login Link

In this update, we’ve added two new buttons to make it easier to copy the links for a lead’s saved searches. This is especially useful when creating custom or manual saved searches.

• The first button copies the saved search URL.
• The second button copies the URL with an auto-login code, allowing leads to access their account automatically and save properties more easily on your site.

Note: This feature only works for leads with an IDX account — either Verified or Unverified.

Basic Theme for IDX Contact Pages

The Basic theme now enhances your IDX Contact pages by automatically inserting the Agent Information Widget and Office Information Widget, styled to match the selected theme.

• For Single Accounts, it displays agent details
• For Office Accounts, it highlights office information

To enable this option, simply go to IDXStyles > Theme and select the Basic theme.

A quick way to make your contact pages look more professional and consistent with your branding.
