Agent Notifications
These workflows will allow you to get notified when a potential client does the following actions:
- IDX Lead has 3 saved properties
- IDX Lead has 3 saved searches
- IDX Lead saved a property
- IDX Lead Saved properties - scheduled mailout - an email with the saved properties the lead has
- IDX Lead Saved searches - scheduled mailout - an email with the saved searches the lead has
- IDX Lead Viewed 10 properties - the last 10 properties the lead has viewed
- IDX Lead viewed same property 3 times - the same property the lead has viewed 3 times
IDX Lead Last Activity
Get notified when the lead's last activity changes. The possible values are:
- saveProperty
- saveSearch
- recentlyViewedListing
- recentSearchActivity
- requestedMoreInfo
- contactForm
- contactedAgent
- scheduleShowing
- homeValuation

Here is the list of custom fields required for each workflow.
- IDX Lead has 3 saved properties: Mailout Multiple Saved Properties IDXAddons, Multiple Saved Properties Count IDXAddons, Lead ID IDXAddons.
- IDX Lead has 3 saved searches: Mailout Saved Searches IDXAddons, Saved Searches Count IDXAddons, Lead ID IDXAddons.
- IDX Lead saved a property: Saved Properties Count IDXAddons, Mailout Saved Properties IDXAddons, Lead ID IDXAddons.
- IDX Lead Saved properties - scheduled mailout: Mailout Scheduled Saved Properties IDXAddons, Scheduled Saved Properties Count IDXAddons, Lead ID IDXAddons.
- IDX Lead Saved searches - scheduled mailout: Mailout Scheduled Saved Searches IDXAddons, Scheduled Saved Searches Count IDXAddons, Lead ID IDXAddons.

- IDX Lead Last Activity: Last Activity IDXAddons.
Client Score
These workflows will allow you to set up a client score based on the actions the lead has done on the IDX pages. You can set up a score for each action and get notified when the lead reaches a certain score. A client score will guide you to focus on the most promising opportunities first, making your efforts more effective and rewarding.
- IDX ClientScore Add points from Notes - add points whenever a note related to a saved search (+10), saved property (+5), or viewed property (+1) is added
- IDX ClientScore Has Saved Property + 5 points - add 5 points if the lead has at least one saved property
- IDX ClientScore New Saved Property + 5 points - add 5 points whenever a lead saves a new property
- IDX ClientScore No IDX visits in the last 3 days - 1 point - subtract 1 point if the lead has not visited any IDX pages in the last 3 days
- IDX ClientScore Viewed New Results page + 1 point - add 1 point whenever a lead views a new results page

Send a customized email with property updates to a lead based on their IDX saved searches. You can set up the frequency of the emails.
