IDX Broker is a third-party service that transforms raw MLS data into a search-friendly format, making it accessible for real estate websites. This allows potential buyers to browse properties easily while ensuring that agents remain compliant with MLS rules.

How Does IDX Broker Work?
When a real estate agent lists a property, they submit all the details (price, location, images, descriptions, etc.) to their MLS. The Multiple Listing Service (MLS) stores this data, allowing IDX vendors like IDX Broker to access it on behalf of agents and brokerages.
IDX Broker keeps most of the data on its own servers, ensuring optimal search functionality and compliance with MLS rules. However, it provides multiple tools to integrate this data into real estate websites seamlessly.
