FUB Widget: Delete Saved Searches Inside the Widget

We’ve added a new “Delete Saved Search” feature directly inside the Follow Up Boss widget. When a user clicks Delete, a confirmation popup will appear to prevent accidental removal. Once confirmed, the saved search is deleted, automatically removed from the interface, and a success message (toast) is displayed.

This update makes saved search management simpler and more intuitive—without ever leaving the widget.

Featured Agent Theme & Mobile Sticky Option

We’ve introduced a new feature that allows you to fully customize the Featured Agent section on listing pages.

You can now:

• Choose a new theme for the Featured Agent display
• Show or hide Office Account information
• Customize background and text colors
• Enable a mobile “sticky” contact panel, keeping the agent’s info visible as users scroll

IDX Lead Saved Search Webhook for GHL: Support for Multiple Cities

The HighLevel webhook endpoint for creating a lead’s Basic Search now supports multiple cities in the city field.

You can simply separate cities with commas — for example: Miami, Miami Beach, Coral Gables. This enhancement is especially helpful for:

• Clients creating saved searches that span several locations.
• Clients migrating leads and existing saved searches from other CRMs or IDX providers.

This update makes your saved search automations more flexible and better aligned with real-world search behavior.

Home Valuation Widget: FUB Integration + Lead Name in SMS

Our Home Valuation widget now integrates seamlessly with Follow Up Boss. When a new lead submits a valuation request, their information is automatically sent to your FUB account—including the property details and whether the request is a Seller Inquiry or a Property Inquiry.

We also added a new option that lets you insert the lead’s name directly into the SMS messages that deliver their Market Insights, creating a more personalized and engaging experience.

Property AI: Display Account Contact Info When Leads Request Agent Details

In this update, when a lead asks for the listing agent’s contact information, the system will now return only the contact details (email and phone) of your own account. This prevents leads from reaching out to other agents and ensures all communication stays with you.

For Office Accounts, if the assigned agent’s cookie is detected, Property AI will display only that agent’s contact information—keeping the experience consistent and lead-safe across your team.

GHL Property Updates V2 – First Email With Property Content

In this update to our new Property Updates V2 system for HighLevel, we’re introducing a workflow that sends an initial email as soon as a lead subscribes to a saved search for the first time. This welcome email helps set the tone for future updates and provides immediate value by including:

• Up to 4 properties from the current saved search (if available).

• Key search details such as city, price range, bedrooms, and bathrooms.

• A direct link to view all properties in the active saved search.

This ensures leads receive relevant listings right away, improving engagement and helping them quickly understand the type of homes available in their search criteria.
