GHL Delete Lead Endpoint – Lead ID Cleared

We’ve updated the HighLevel endpoint used to delete IDX Broker leads. When a lead is deleted, the Lead ID custom field will now be cleared automatically.

This ensures that other workflows relying on this custom field do not mistakenly treat the deleted lead as an existing IDX Broker contact, helping prevent automation errors and keeping your data more accurate.

Google Maps Button for HighLevel

We’ve introduced a new Google Maps Button that appears next to a lead’s address inside HighLevel. With a single click, you can open the property location directly in Google Maps—making it faster to view directions and location details without copying and pasting the address.

If a Google Maps API key is configured, you can also enable Street View inside the modal, allowing agents to preview the property area without leaving the CRM.

For agencies managing multiple sub-accounts, the Google Maps Button can also be installed globally using the provided script in the Agency View → Custom JS section.

Office Info Widget – Pinterest and TikTok Links

You can now add Pinterest and TikTok social media links to the Office Information Widget for Office Accounts. These links will automatically appear in the widget and are supported across all available themes.

This update makes it easier to showcase more of your brand’s social presence and connect with visitors across additional platforms.

Cordless Ads Integration

We’re introducing a new integration with Cordless.co that allows you to monetize your IDX pages through contextual tools and unobtrusive ads displayed on pages where Cordless widgets are installed.

By enabling Cordless Ads, participating clients can earn revenue from ads displayed on their website through one of the largest ad networks in the real estate space.

How it works:

• Enable Cordless Ads from your settings.
• Our team receives a notification and requests your unique ad tracking code from Cordless.
• Once the code is provided, we add the Cordless Calculator & Widgets to your IDX Details pages.
• These widgets include contextual tools along with the integrated ads.

You’ll receive an email notification once the widgets have been successfully activated on your IDX pages.

Agent Info and Office Info Widgets: Image Upload

In this update, you can now upload images directly to the Agent Information Widget (for single agent accounts) or the Office Information Widget (for office accounts), making it easier to update your logo or profile image.

These widgets are included by default in the IDX Details templates developed by RealtyCandy and help highlight your branding and contact information on listing pages.

Home Valuation Widget Update

In this update, leads can now choose whether they want to receive their Market Insights via SMS or email.

• If email is selected, the phone number is no longer required.
• If SMS is selected, the phone number becomes mandatory.

By default, SMS and email notifications are sent using our IDXAddons settings. However, if you prefer not to send Market Insights notifications, you can disable them in the settings page—leads will still receive the Market Insights link directly on the results page after submitting the form.

This update gives you greater flexibility and control over how valuation results are delivered, while improving the user experience for your leads.

FUB Widget: Search by Address or Listing ID, Multiple Property Subtypes & Edit Saved Searches

In this update to the Follow Up Boss widget, you can now search listings by street address or listing ID, making it faster to locate specific properties.

You can also select multiple property subtypes when creating saved searches, giving you more flexibility to refine results. Additionally, you now have the ability to edit existing saved searches directly within the widget.

This update provides greater control and efficiency when managing IDX leads inside FUB.

Hyperlinks for Email and Phone Numbers

In this update, we’ve added clickable email and phone links to the Agent Information , Office Information, Featured Agent, and Co-listed Agent widgets. These widgets are included by default in our IDX Details templates.

With this enhancement, leads can simply click to call or email, and their device will automatically open the corresponding app—making it faster and easier to get in touch.

This small improvement helps reduce friction and can increase direct inquiries from your listing pages.
