GHL - Webhook URL

We provide a webhook endpoint so you can automatically send your HighLevel contacts to IDX Broker. In this new update, we're introducing an optional parameter to assign an IDX Broker Saved Link to the newly created lead. The idea is to allow customization to suit your specific needs.

GHL - Dynamic Saved Search

This app helps you retain real estate leads by automatically updating a smart saved search for your visitors based on the properties they look at. In order to work, you need to have the LeadConnector dashboard enabled.

This feature is in beta and will work with the new viewed properties your clients are looking at. It will create a saved search based on the properties they view (ZIP code, price, beds, baths) and automatically update it the next day (if they view more properties).

This app will remain free until June 1st.

GHL - Lead Manager

• The IDX button will always be displayed (the "idx-lead" tag is no longer needed)
• It will utilize colors defined by the GHL CSS variables --sidebar-bg-color and --sidebar-collapse-li-bg-color

Leads:

• A new IDX Broker lead will be created if one does not already exist.
• If an IDX lead already exists but its data is not associated in the LeadConnector dashboard, a new Registration event will be created.

Google Map Widget Pro - property subtypes and new themes

In the latest update of Google Map Widget Pro, we're excited to introduce property subtypes and new themes. Now, you can select a default property subtype to showcase specific listings on the map. For instance, you can choose to display only Condos or Residential Lots.

Additionally, we've included two new themes to enhance the presentation of property information.
