If you have a HighLevel account but no website, follow this 10-step tutorial to set up a new IDX account with a website.

Send an email to support@realtycandy.com that lets us know your client name, and domain and if you want or do NOT want us to contact them. Something like:

Go to https://signup.idxbroker.com/d/realtycandy and signup your client. You may need them on the phone or use your agency signup form (ask us for the URL) so that all of the questions are answered properly. Someone will need to put a credit card here for payment to IDX Broker.
If you have a HighLevel/LeadConnector account, you can sign up for a One-click site. It's a $199 one-time payment that will setup the website and IDXConnect for you. You will get the exact template that you selected (WYSIWYG) with your IDX information.
Setup support@realtycandy.com as an "Administrator" on your client's account and email us the password or the link.
Give us 1-2 business days to get the IDX setup and optimized for your client. We will also setup some of the IDXAddons to your client's site. The IDXConnect will include the following:
Once we are done with this setup, we will email you so that you can review the setup.
Review the site, and after the review is complete and questions are answered, please remove our access to the subaccount.
