Verify Phone Number Before Form Submission

Verify phone numbers in real-time with a simple and easy-to-use service integrated into your IDX website before the user submits the form. This feature is currently in beta and only supports the Sign Up form at the moment, but we plan to expand it to other forms in the future.Currently, it supports the United States only. We are using Numverify, which offers a free tier allowing up to 100 requests per month.

Replace IDX Broker Contact Forms with GHL Forms

We introduced a new feature, currently in Beta, that allows you to replace some IDX Broker contact forms with HighLevel forms. The idea is to leverage the functionalities offered by GHL and trigger workflows based on the type of form filled out, such as requesting more information about a property or scheduling a showing. This app requires some advanced knowledge and is still under development.

View Saved Links Activity in the LeadConnector Dashboard

We've added a new tab in the HighLevel dashboard where you can see the Saved Links (or communities) that leads are viewing. We're also tracking this information for anonymous visitors. With this update, you can identify which communities have the most engagement to focus your efforts or start promoting those with fewer visits.

New GHL Webhook URL Endpoint for Basic Search

With this new beta endpoint, HighLevel users can now create a workflow that generates a basic property search for a contact. This will create a new lead in IDX Broker and set up a basic saved search using the provided information. Please check the app for available fields.
