Lead Saved Searches: Copy URL and Auto-Login Link

In this update, we’ve added two new buttons to make it easier to copy the links for a lead’s saved searches. This is especially useful when creating custom or manual saved searches.

• The first button copies the saved search URL.
• The second button copies the URL with an auto-login code, allowing leads to access their account automatically and save properties more easily on your site.

Note: This feature only works for leads with an IDX account — either Verified or Unverified.

Basic Theme for IDX Contact Pages

The Basic theme now enhances your IDX Contact pages by automatically inserting the Agent Information Widget and Office Information Widget, styled to match the selected theme.

• For Single Accounts, it displays agent details
• For Office Accounts, it highlights office information

To enable this option, simply go to IDXStyles > Theme and select the Basic theme.

A quick way to make your contact pages look more professional and consistent with your branding.

LeadConnector Property Updates V2 (Beta)

We’ve launched a brand-new version of the Property Updates app for HighLevel CRM! This upgrade gives you deeper lead insights by using more custom fields and sending tailored property updates for every saved search a lead creates.

How it works:

• The workflow is triggered whenever a lead creates a new saved search
• The app checks if the contact is a lead in IDX Broker with saved searches
• If yes, the lead automatically receives an email for each saved search, including the 4 latest property updates plus a link to explore all the new listings
• Select the frequency of property updates by using tags: twice weekly, weekly, or every 2 weeks

Currently in beta, this version will continue to evolve with more features, customization, and automation over the coming weeks.

New Agent Profile Themes in IDX Styles + Featured Listings Display

For Office Accounts, we’re introducing two new Agent Profile themes: Basic and Essential. These themes include default styling that improves the layout and presentation of agent details, making profiles look more professional and consistent.

We’ve also added a smart new option: if an agent doesn’t have their own featured listings, the system will automatically display the Office’s Featured Listings. This ensures profiles stay visually appealing while promoting key listings without leaving empty spaces.

A simple way to keep your agents’ profiles polished and your office listings front and center.
