New Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) App

We’re launching our new Comparative Market Analysis (CMA) app in beta. This feature allows you to create a simple report that assesses a property's estimated value based on past and current prices of similar properties in the same neighborhood.

Assign a Saved Link to a Lead

We’re introducing a new option to assign an IDX Broker saved link to a lead, converting it into a saved search so the lead can start receiving property alerts for that community. This feature saves time, as saved links are custom searches with specific filters.

For example, if you have saved links like “Homes in Miami with a pool and fireplace” or “Condos in Palm Beach with 3 bedrooms and a lake view,” you can quickly assign these searches using IDXAddons. This option is available when using the IDX Button or the LeadConnector dashboard.
