Assign a Saved Link to a Lead

We’re introducing a new option to assign an IDX Broker saved link to a lead, converting it into a saved search so the lead can start receiving property alerts for that community. This feature saves time, as saved links are custom searches with specific filters.

For example, if you have saved links like “Homes in Miami with a pool and fireplace” or “Condos in Palm Beach with 3 bedrooms and a lake view,” you can quickly assign these searches using IDXAddons. This option is available when using the IDX Button or the LeadConnector dashboard.

Delete Popular Searches Records

The “Searches” tab now displays the most popular searches. You can now delete any search that doesn’t show the expected information. This also allows you to quickly review the list of popular searches on your website.
