Manually Exported Leads to FUB Now Include Recent Activity

When you manually export leads from IDX Broker to Follow Up Boss, we now include the lead’s most recent saved search and last saved property (if available). This provides a fuller picture of the lead’s past activity for better follow-up.

New GHL Custom Fields to Track Last Viewed Property Activity

We’ve added two new custom fields in HighLevel to help you build smarter automations based on your leads’ activity:

• Last Viewed Property Views Count - Tracks how many times a lead has viewed a specific property
• Last Viewed Property HTML - A preformatted property card (image, address, price, beds, baths) you can easily embed in emails

To enable these fields in your connected sub-account, just check the box next to each one. The fields will be created automatically, and data will start being collected right away.
