Two new themes have been developed for Google Reviews to enhance the visual appeal and usability of reviews in our applications. These themes aim to provide an optimized user experience in line with current design trends.
IDX Broker Platinum accounts can select multiple MLSs and property types for the address autocomplete in the search field. This feature allows you to display specific listings, such as residential properties or condominiums, within your MLS, making it easier for leads to find what they're looking for.
Single Property websites are designed to work exclusively with IDX Broker, allowing you to display your featured listings. They are secure, easy to modify, and run very fast. You can customize the logo, email, and phone number to receive notifications, and add custom scripts like Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and more.
In the PRO version ($9/month), you will have access to new features such as the ability to select different templates, add a custom domain, include a virtual tour, and upload a long-form video.
We will be adding more features in the coming months.
Delete an IDX Broker lead from HighLevel automatically. The lead's activity will be removed from the LeadConnector Dashboard too.
Assign a saved link to an existing lead. This endpoint is useful when you want to create a saved search for a lead with specific search criteria or when you want to assign a saved search to a lead that doesn't have one.
Enhance your community pages with the modern and minimalistic design of the new 'Chelsea' theme. Plus, we've added more categories, including bars, coffee, fitness, and more!
We provide a webhook endpoint so you can automatically send your HighLevel contacts to IDX Broker. In this new update, we're introducing an optional parameter to assign an IDX Broker Saved Link to the newly created lead. The idea is to allow customization to suit your specific needs.
The widget will first prompt users to provide their contact information, including first name, last name, email, phone number, and purpose (Buying or Selling), before displaying the home valuation.
