New GHL Text Alerts App

We’re excited to introduce a new app for HighLevel (GHL) users that sends property updates via SMS. When installed, the app adds a custom field to your sub-account and provides a ready-to-use workflow for testing

The custom field generates a message like:

• 2 listings found in your Saved Search https://listings.yourwebsite.com/idx/listings/results

You can customize the workflow to deliver updates via SMS, WhatsApp, or email—whichever works best for your leads.

Assign an Agent in the Saved Links Map widget

Office accounts can now assign a specific agent in the Saved Links Map widget. The selected agent’s identifier will be included in the IDX Broker Saved Links, so any new leads registering through those links are automatically assigned to that agent.

This is especially helpful for agents using their own domain (e.g., ronaldotherealtor.com) instead of a subdomain (e.g., ronaldo.realtyhome.com), ensuring proper lead attribution.

Assign an Agent in the Community Areas Widget

Office accounts can now assign a specific agent in the Community Areas widget. The selected agent’s identifier will be added to the IDX Broker Saved Links, ensuring that any new leads who register through these links are automatically assigned to that agent. This is especially useful for agents using their own domain (e.g., ronaldotherealtor.com) instead of a subdomain (e.g., ronaldo.realtyhome.com) and want to ensure their IDX pages are properly linked to their unique agent ID.
