We’ve added a new Voice AI agent to the Snapshot that assists leads in requesting home valuations. In addition to returning the estimated property value, the agent now also provides a direct link to a detailed Market Insights report—when available—offering more context such as recent sales, pricing trends, and neighborhood data.
This helps leads make more informed decisions and allows agents to deliver a more engaging and data-rich experience without manual follow-up. It’s an excellent tool to boost lead engagement and build trust with potential sellers.

This helps you keep track of the questions leads are asking about a property, neighborhood, schools, and more—giving you valuable insight into their interests and helping you tailor your follow-up more effectively. You can review these queries to improve your marketing strategies, anticipate common concerns, and prioritize high-intent leads.
