Follow the steps below to setup the GHL integration for your clients.
You only need to do this once. This is where you will manage all of your clients and get the code snippet that is added to the GHL Agency section to add the "IDX" button.
Whenever you have a new IDX client, add them to the dashboard. This will help you track the client's leads, and manage their account.
Once you have signed up for the Agency Dashboard, you will be able to get the code snippet that is added to the GHL Agency section to add the "IDX" button. You only need to do this once.
For each of your clients, you will need to setup the LeadConnector dashboard. This setup will create Custom Fields and Values in their GHL sub-account, and add a webhook on their IDX pages to allow them to track their leads' activity.
You can setup workflows for your clients to automate the process of sending their GHL contacts to IDX Broker, receive notifications when a lead has saved a search, and more. We have a few pre-built workflows that you can use, or you can create your own with the custom fields that we created in the previous step.
